This is a popular but relatively new Certificate subject unit. It builds on the foundation knowledge from IF1 & focuses on the roles & responsibilities of insurance broking organisations. This includes their interaction with insurers & clients, regulatory & financial issues & conduct issues.

Method of assessment: Online exam - 65 Multiple choice questions & then 2 case studies with 5 multi choice questions each.
