Established in 1998, ACT One Training Services Limited is an independent training company, delivering training, for those new to the insurance sector, or taking on a new insurance role & for those on their CII Qualification journey.
Based in East Anglia, virtual or face to face training can be delivered in the UK & in some instances overseas.
As well as group training, we can offer 121 training, for those wanting a more bespoke approach.Our focus is to deliver quality training, with the emphasis on Active learning, Confidence building & Techniques for studying, exams & coursework. We strive to make learning fun & to deliver success, by engaging with our delegates.
ACT One has hosted both exam and non-exam based courses for Lloyd's of London, BIBA, (British Insurance Brokers Association), ABI (Association of British Insurers), CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) and numerous international blue-chip companies.

ACT One primarily delivers qualification training, study and revision days for CII units. Also non-exam courses for those embarking on their insurance career, changing roles or for clients wishing to learn more about insurance and the market place.
With CII study units, the key focus being on:

- Financial Planning : Certificate and Diploma units.
