Join us for an early morning empowering yoga practice in association with Well With Samantha.

This session will focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), and meditation.

During the class, Samantha will explain the main philosophy of yoga – the belief that breath, mind, body, and soul are all connected and how regular practise can help improve mental and physical wellbeing.

This class is an invigorating way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind.
